SemiAnalysis 称，《Attention Is All You Need》一文的全部作者现已离开谷歌：Jeff Dean 与 Sanjay Ghemawat 转去创办 Discovery Loop，Oriol Vinyals 和 Quoc Le 一同前往，Noam Shazeer 在 OpenAI，John Jumper 在 Anthropic，Demis Hassabis 也退出了 DeepMind 的日常管理。该账号认为这印证了谷歌从前沿模型竞赛转向 TPU 基础设施与云服务变现的战略转变。

Every co-author of "Attention Is All You Need" has now left Google. Jeff Dean and Sanjay Ghemawat are gone to build Discovery Loop, Oriol Vinyals and Quoc Le went with them, Noam Shazeer's at OpenAI, John Jumper's at Anthropic, and Demis Hassabis just stepped back from running DeepMind day-to-day. We believe this reinforces a strategic shift from frontier-model competition toward monetizing TPU infrastructure and cloud services. (1/3)🧵
