NTT Docomo Business is trialing a voice agent for older residents of Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima, built on ElevenAgents.
Heavy snow can make it hard for older residents to leave home in winter. With Takeda Health Foundation and the cooperation of Aizuwakamatsu City, NTT Docomo Business deployed CONN, its AI assistant, to share local information and hold everyday conversations.
