Claude API 缓存诊断更新：仅发送 beta header 不再存储请求指纹

Claude API 缓存诊断机制调整：仅当请求包含 diagnostics 对象时才会存储请求指纹，只发送 cache-diagnosis-2026-04-07 beta header 的请求虽仍被接受，但不再存储指纹，后续轮次通过 previous_message_id 指向它会返回 previous_message_not_found。
