Claude API 多项能力正式发布，新增 browser use 工具集

Claude API 的 computer use 工具以 computer_toolset_20260801 转正，去掉 beta header，支持批量动作、默认缩放和经 configs 的按成员配置，并新增由应用托管浏览器的 browser use 工具集 browser_toolset_20260801。
