According to our sources, Alibaba has launched Qwen Go, a Qwen-powered agent designed for search, comparison, and customer-service negotiation.

Demo videos show the agent securing a $10 compensation for a delayed flight and recovering roughly $7 through Taobao price protection.

Rather than just answering questions, Qwen Go can check orders, contact human support, and verify discounts. By integrating with Taobao and Alipay, it links personal AI assistance directly to shopping and payment systems.
