Kuaishou disclosed that China’s National AI Industry Investment Fund agreed on Aug. 31 to inject approximately US$206.5M into its Beijing Kling AI unit.
The investment represents about 1.14% of Kling’s enlarged registered capital, assuming the relevant subscription and employee share-plan limits are fully used. The fund was also granted repurchase rights.
