Bloomberg: OpenAI is in talks with several investment funds from the UAE, including Abu Dhabi-based MGX, as it seeks to anchor a $30 B funding round at a $1.4T valuation pre-money (i.e. excludes the new cash)
BlackRock is discussing joining alongside them, and existing backers Thrive Capital, Andreessen Horowitz and the University of California's endowment have talked about adding money.
