Unitree Robotics will list on Shanghai’s STAR Market on Aug. 19, 2026. The IPO price is $21.1 per share, with a valuation of 219x P/E and expected proceeds of about $902 million.
Unitree reported Q1 2026 revenue of $62.5 million, up 68% YoY. However, net profit declined year over year as higher R&D and sales expenses increased costs. The company expects H1 revenue of $155–167 million.
Despite rising expenses, Unitree remains one of the few high-performance general-purpose robotics companies globally to achieve profitability. Revenue grew from $23.5 million in 2023 to $251 million in 2025, with 2025 net profit reaching $41 million.
