Anthropic 移除 Claude Opus 4.6 快速模式

Anthropic 已移除 Claude Opus 4.6 的快速模式，请求 claude-opus-4-6 时带 speed: "fast" 不再以快速速度和溢价计费，而是按标准速度运行、按标准费率计费且不报错，响应中的 usage.speed 字段会报告实际使用的速度。要继续使用快速模式，需迁移至 Claude Opus 4.8。
