I think voice is about to become the default input layer for a lot of software.
For me, AI is really making the keyboard increasingly unnatural.
you speak the intent, and the CRM updates, messages get sent, fields get filled somewhere in the background.
imo, once voice latency & accuracy feels conversational, there are a ridiculous number of workflows that make more sense spoken than typed
vertical SaaS could get rebuilt around one simple idea: the user talks, the software operates.
