Wonderful has raised $550M in a recent Series C led by Insight Partners, with Salesforce joining as a new investor.

The company runs an enterprise agent platform that embeds AI agents into real products within large organizations.

Three types of agents are available:
> Customer-focused agents handling voice, chat, email, and in-app conversations end-to-end.
> Employee agents that focus on surfacing answers and running actions inside internal systems.
> Back-office agents that work on reconciling data and moving processes forward without human intervention.

Local engineering teams can deploy and customize them directly inside customer accounts, across 30+ markets.
