I think the old SaaS stack gets compressed into 3 layers:
The agent that does the work.
The harness that keeps it reliable.
The data foundation that gives it context.
Rox Teams from @rox_ai is building around that model, a self-serve way to run the revenue agents.
1 agent per account, all working from the same underlying data. Those agents can research prospects, run outreach, manage live deals, keep CRM records current, and handle renewals.
This is the AI impact I care about as a founder.
