1. Build a character sheet in GPT Image 2.0 Front/side/back, face, outfit, palette. One prompt. Lock it.
2. Add personality labels Name, style, signature moves. So every next prompt stays on-character.
3. Animate in Seedance 2.0 via PixVerse Upload the sheet as reference. Prompt the motion — not the character.
The sheet isn't the output. It's the contract between you and the model.
