Bug Fixes

• Permission mode (auto / always-approve) now stays visible when the agent enters plan mode and is restored on exit.
• Typing, pasting, or pressing Shift+Tab on the welcome screen now immediately opens the session instead of creating a duplicate one.
• Dock sections, queue body, and reveal rows now stay within their documented height rules even on crowded terminals.
